Our Approach to mental healthcare
We strive to provide high-quality care. For most people, therapy is not meant to last forever. We want to identify barriers-to-change and help you to reach your own goals. Therapy is also not meant to be a conveyer belt, rushing through one session to reach the next. We thoughtfully consider your case and the best approach to your treatment. There will be times when we deviate from our plans. However, our ultimate goal is to consistently and thoughtfully pursue working ourselves out of a job.
A modern approach
We’ll be honest, we prefer to see you in the office, because well, we actually like the people we work with. However, we also understand the convenience of hoping on a telehealth session over your lunch hour or calling-in over your little one’s afternoon nap. Whatever you decide, we understand and we’re happy to help.
Our rates
Traditional therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Consultation
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
45 mins | $250 | Get started
Resources
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.
