“I trust Cassandra with my friends. I have sent several her way and know that they will be in good hands when they see her.”
— J, SEEN CLIENT
Your own thoughts are overwhelming. Maybe you’ve experienced something that made you feel out-of-control and now you feel stuck in that experience.
You might find yourself questioning decisions, even those you think should be made with ease. We understand.
Experienced EMDR Therapy Providers
Our clinicians are EMDR Certified or actively pursuing certification. Our Team is headed up by Cassandra, who is an EMDR Consultant for other EMDR Certified therapists. We’re here to help you and your family with therapy that actually works.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in Chesterfield Village. We’ll be honest. We’d love to see you in-person, but we know that doesn’t work best for everyone and have telehealth as an option as well.

Cassandra Minnick
Owner, LPC
Cassandra is an established and experienced clinician with a wide range of previous experience. Today, she focuses on working with parents to help themselves, and their families, live their healthiest lives.
“I really enjoy working with parents in particular. Parents come in motivated. They have noticed that their own mental health impacts their kids and they’re ready to get-to-work. I love when I get to surprise new clients by the depth of work we can do and progress we can achieve. We get to work and it truly changes the legacy of an entire family when parents are in a healthy place.”

Laura Karlovich-Crowder
Clinical Therapist, PLPC
Laura enjoys working with teens and couples. One of the core pieces to her therapeutic approach is her ability to empathetically listen to her clients. Laura understands how relationships and past experiences with emotional abuse can impact self-esteem and trust. She is experienced in her ability to work with clients to navigate those complex feelings.
Her advice is simple yet powerful “Take a step back, embrace your true self, and remember, “You're doing okay. You're not screwing it all up. You can just step back and be you.””
