Get Started
You're doing well on the outside, but you're exhausted from the anxiety, the second-guessing, the feeling like you can't trust yourself—or your relationships.
Maybe you had an experience recently that left you feeling like you’re spinning out of control. Maybe you've felt this way for as long as you can remember and don't know why.
Either way, you're tired of feeling stuck.
We help individuals and couples break the patterns keeping them overwhelmed—so they can finally lead their lives and relationships with calm instead of chaos.
“I trust Cassandra with my friends. I have sent several her way and know that they will be in good hands when they see her.”

Experienced EMDR Therapy Providers
Our clinicians are EMDR Certified or actively pursuing certification. Our Team is headed up by Cassandra, who has over a decade of experience with EMDR and works as an EMDR Consultant for other EMDR Certified therapists. We’re here to help you and your family with therapy that actually works.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in Chesterfield Village. We’ll be honest. We’d love to see you in-person, but we know that doesn’t work best for everyone all the time and have telehealth as an option as well.

Cassandra Minnick
Owner, LPC
“I really enjoy working with parents that love their work and their kids. They are starting to notice that their own mental health is getting in the way of how they show up for both. Busy parents come in motivated. Once they have noticed that their own mental health impacts their children they’re ready to get-to-work. I love when I get to surprise new clients by the depth of work we can do and progress we can achieve. We get going and it truly changes the legacy of an entire family, it changes how they show up for their team at work. It is incredibly rewarding.”

Her advice is simple yet powerful “Take a step back, embrace your true self, and remember, “You're doing okay. You're not screwing it all up. You can just step back and be you.””
